We combined our experience in fin-tech, brand and product design and development, and strategic marketing to build a full-service digital banking experience completely from scratch. Starting with in-depth market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis, we set a firm foundation for defining our target audience, user personas, storyboarding, information architecture, UX design and wire-framing, and UI design and development. From there, we scaled our design system to create over 600 screens connecting multiple different workflows and digital touch points from daily web app transactions to marketing site experiences for banks to white-label and promote their services.
